Our office accepts many forms of payment. We accept cash, personal checks, as well as Visa,  Mastercard and Discover.

Sorry, we do not accept American Express. The service charges on American Express is just to high for us to be able to accept them.

We will also accept many different types of health insurance. As a courtesy, we will both qualify the benefits and file the claims for you. Please understand that there never is any guarantee that your health insurance will cover your health care but we will do everything in our power to get the bills paid by your insurance provider. Most insurance has either a co-pay per visit or an initial deductible that must be met, and is the insured's responsibility, before your insurance provider will extend benefits.

Our office will accept all plans that provide chiropractic benefits either in network or out of network.

Our office can also offer payment plans in order to allow you to still get the care you need at a more affordable rate. It allows you to spread the cost over a longer period of time. These plans can be arranged either interest free or with interest depending upon the terms arranged. Either way, Dr. Mark's primary focus is on getting you well and will do what he can to make care as affordable as possible.
